advise的用法及意思？
advise作形容词，主要有三种含意。
（1）to tell someone that what you think they should do especially when you know more than they do about something劝诫，告诫，建议
比如：She need someone to advise her.
她需要有一个人给他出主意。
You#39re strongly advised to take out medical insurance when travelling abroad.
明显建议出国旅行要购买医疗保险。
（2）to be employed to give advice on a subject about which you have special knowledge or skill向……提供技术专业建议
比如：He advises us on tax matters.

（3）to tell someone about something通告
